Recipe: Kerala chips

Use kitchen slicer to have thin bitter gourd slices.
Remove seeds with carving knife.

Put them on kitchen towel and cover with kitchen towel.

When ready to fry, put little potato starch. Put them in hot oil then reduce to medium fire.
Fry until golden but not brown.

When cold, sprinkle little salt and red chili powder.
