Creamy Garlic Chicken & Crispy Potatoes

Ingredients

Diced Potatoes
Olive oil
Seasoning
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
1 tsp Smoked paprika

----->>>>> Air fry 200c/400f (20-25 min) flip half-way 
Or, Oven bake 200c/400f (30-35 min) flip half-way

900g diced chicken breast
Olive oil
Seasoning
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
1 tsp Smoked paprika

------>>> Cook on Medium-High for 8-10 minutes

Blended Sauce ingredients
450ml fat free Evaporated milk
20g Mozzarella cheese
30g Parmesan
1 tsp Oregano

----->> On same pan, put 4 diced garlic cloves. 
150ml chicken stock
The blended sauce
90g Light cream cheese
2 tsp chicken stock powder
1 tsp paprika
Mix and simmer until smooth and creamy.

Tempeh

 

Ingredients

150 g packages tempeh cut into cubes
7 chili cut into chunks (optional if u don't like spicy you can remove)
1 shallot roughly chopped
1 garlic cloves, minced
1 lime leaves, roughly chopped
1/2 lemongrass
Galangal (1 small thumb)
Ginger (1 small thumb)
1/2 tsp Tamarind paste
1 tsp palm sugar
Salt 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce

 

Step 1 : Fry tempeh till crispy

Step 2 : Using small fire, fry garlic, shallot, chili, lime leaves, lemongrass, galangal, ginger till fragrant. Add tamarind paste already mix with 3 tbsp water, add 1tsp palm sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1tbsp sweet soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, add tempeh and stir till coated evenly. Served with hot white rice 😋.

Ranveer Brar Malai Chicken

 MALAI CHICKEN RECIPE

Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 30 minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients 3 tbsp Ghee 2 black Cardamom 1 Green cardamom 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds 1 kg Chicken, curry cut Salt to taste 1 tbsp Ginger, chopped 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder 2 1/2 cup milk 3 tbsp Almond paste 1 tbsp black pepper powder 1/4 tsp Kasuri methi 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder 1 tbsp Cream For tempering 1 tbsp Ghee 1 tsp Degi mirch Process ● In a large kadai, add ghee once its hot add black cardamom, green cardamom and cumin seeds mix well. ● Add chicken and salt to taste sauté well. ● Add ginger, coriander powder and sauté until the chicken is tender. ● Add milk, almond paste and cook till the chicken is soft. ● Once the chicken is done, Add black pepper powder and kasuri methi and cream. For tempering ● In a pan, add ghee and degi mirch. ● Garnish with coriander sprig. ● Serve hot.

Tofu Bulgogi

Ingredients

10 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium size onion, small diced
4 tbsp soy sauce
Dark sauce
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp plum extract (you can substitute to apricot jam)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp cooking oil
3 to 5 green onions, chopped
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil
