Unsalted butter, softened 1/2 cup (1 stick)

Sugar 4 tbsp
Flour 1 tbsp

1. Preheat oven 350F. Lightly grease or put paper muffin liners.
2. Whisk flour, baking powder and salt together.
3. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla and milk.
4. Add flour and stir just combined.
5. Put in blueberries.
6. Sprinkle streusel topping.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
