Recipe: Mooli Pranta

Radish grated 2 cups
Salt 1/2 tsp
Green chili 1
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Amchur 3/4 tsp
Coriander leaves

1. Mix salt in radish and rest 20 minutes. Squeeze water out.
2. Add all masala.
